After I retired Clare and I decided to do a world tour to visit friends and relations in the USA and Australia. We have used Tony’s services in the past and he quickly helped us firm up on the ideas for a world tour which would take us east to west visiting the USA, Canada, Australia and finally Singapore. He then presented us with an itinerary which met all our requirements; he finally went ahead and made all the airline and hotel bookings for us along with “meet-and-greet” ground transport arrangements. Every aspect of the world tour went as planned. The hotel types were varied, ranging from modern business-class to quaint but high-quality boutique-types. Perhaps the highlight for us was to find each hotel was not only selected based upon quality but on its position in the city, typically giving us easy walking access to many of the sights we wanted to see. We had a fantastic holiday and were reassured that wherever we were, Tony was available to contact if we had any issues. As it was, everything went as planned, we had a great time and we were able to leave Tony in peace!

I asked Tony for his help with planning what I wanted to be a holiday of a lifetime for our family. We are not used to traveling long haul for holidays, so I wanted a few options to suit our budget. Tony quickly came up with three options for Mauritius, which we were able to reduce to one fairly quickly with the help of some personal recommendations and advice. Tony had booked a holiday for a family at our resort before, and had wonderful feedback so we knew he was able to pass on advice based on recent and real experience.
The holiday did not disappoint. Tony had given us some guidance too on good external activities and trips to book.
All in all, it was a holiday to remember forever and I really must thank Tony for all he did to make it happen. We travelled to and from Mauritius and enjoyed our time there that little bit more knowing that it had all been planned so professionally.

My mother engaged Tony to organise a once-in-a-lifetime holiday: a safari in Tanzania followed by a beach week in Zanzibar for the 5 of us. Tony was extremely efficient & keen to plan & organise a trip that would meet our requirements. After the first ‘draft’, we suggested a few changes which Tony incorporated immediately. All the details & the itinerary were meticulously planned, organised & communicated to us.

Another great holiday booked with Travel Tony. Our second cruise booked with Tony on NCL Getaway from Rome to Lisbon. As always Tony took care of the whole booking from flights to transfers and the actual cruise. Seamless as always and any queries quickly answered by Tony (not having to wait in a phone queue or online chat). How much did this concierge service cost. Nothing. Exactly the same as if I booked it direct.

As a family that's not been beyond Europe for the last 15 years, we were slightly nervous about booking a big holiday but we entrusted our "once-in-a-lifetime" Mauritius trip to Tony and I'm really glad we did. Tony has detailed knowledge of destinations in all corners of the World and having listened to all our needs he recommended a beautiful hotel that ticked all our boxes, as well as a couple of other options over a range of prices. Not only was the resort just what we were looking for, Tony had picked it for its location: it was on the sheltered side of the island with the best weather and the nicest beaches, but also within easy reach of the capital where we planned to visit family during our trip. Tony also took the trouble to recommend some things for us to see during the holiday and gave us tips on how to go about it, which meant we enjoyed a number of local sights and experiences. In the run-up to the trip, we asked Tony to arrange travel insurance which was both straightforward and competitive, and in the days before the flight out, he prompted me to pre-book airport parking in order to save a few hundred pounds. I was concerned that some countries can be a pain to get into with additional requirements for Covid, passport validity etc., but Tony talked me through everything and really made it feel much less stressful. Needless to say, the trip was amazing, we had a wonderful time and both the resort and the whole island were fantastic. We were really struck by the caring attitude of all the staff at the resort which underlined why Tony recommended it in the first place... it truly was incredible. Tony checked in with us by text whilst we were away, and again when we returned - it was a great comfort to know that if we had any difficulties we could have just given him a call for advice or help. It goes without saying that we'll be booking all our holidays through Tony in the future.

Tony has been absolutely amazing in booking us our "mini moon" as we could not go on our original honeymoon due to COVID. Tony recommended Malta as our destination to fit our budget and a 5 star hotel which most certainly lived up to its reputation. Tony phoned the hotel a few times before we went away and he managed an upgrade and bubbly and chocolates in our beautiful room on arrival. Tony helped arrange a once in a life-time trip to the Maldives for me, my mum and my sister. He was meticulous with his planning from getting us the best sunset pod with our own private plunge pool, all the way down to airport assistance for my Mum who is registered disabled. We have just had one of our favorite holidays by far! Tony had coordinated everything down to the finest detail - we stayed in six different hotels, had multiple taxi/catamaran transfers, and even hired a car with everything timed, planned, and arranged to his usual standard of perfection!
The hotels were all very different but were all amazing in their own right and were in keeping with their location. He knew the types of hotels we prefer, and we were never disappointed with his amazing selection.

I've known Tony for several years having met him at a network meeting. It's great to deal with a big company but through an individual that you know and trust. This year we were planning to go on a cruise booked through Tony and my daughter had also booked to go to Jamaica. We've both been scuppered by the COVID19 situation, but Tony was quickly on the situation and we're all sorted to go next year at no financial loss.
